Not good on ice
The reviews said that these were stiff and I agree but you have to break them in a bit. Also the zipper doesn't stay up and I can't wear wool socks with these but I think they are very warm anyway. I wore them this morning and I was walking and I fell on the frosty sidewalk. They have no traction so I know i can't walk on anything but a clear sidewalk and snow. I am going to go ice my hip now :(More detail ...
